Course Description
Leaming and applyung a certain fund of information necessary for the preservation and development of health and meaningful use of free time. Developing specific functional-motor skills and knowledge, especially tasks that are used in emergency situations.

Learning Outcomes
- Analyze the effect of specially programmed military training exercises to the development of anthropologic features
- Analyze methodology of examination of kinesiological readiness in the CAF
- Explain possibilities of applying military training in recreational programmes
- Conduct examinations of anthroplogic features.
- Show basic fighting techniques
- Autonomous performance of basic kinesiological programmes
- Use methodological procedures during the performance of kinesiological activities
- Use methodical procedures for correcting the mistakes
- Explain the organization and effects df kineziological system in CAF
- Explain sports and military competitions of special interest for CAF
