Dr. Franjo Tuđman Defense and Security University announces the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Maritime Security” which will take place from 21 to 25 September 2026 In Split.
The programme will be held within the framework of the European Initiative for the Exchange of Young Officers inspired by Erasmus, EMILYO, and under the auspices of the European Security and Defence College (ESDC).
The module is aligned with the EMILYO Maritime Security Standard Curriculum and aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of key concepts, knowledge and contemporary issues in the field of maritime security. Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will be awarded 3 ECTS credits.
The programme includes an online component and a residential segment, which will be held at the Military Barracks “Fleet Admiral Sveto Letica Barba” in Split.
Accommodation and meals will be provided free of charge, and there is no participation fee for the programme.
Transportation to and from the venue will be organized for foreign cadets and young officers. Participants are expected to arrive on 19 and 20 September 2026, while the departure date is 26 September 2026.
The registration deadline is 1 September 2026.
